Shipping policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email notification for: your package's tracking number, your package is out for delivery and your package has been delivered.

STOLEN, DAMAGE OR LOST PACKAGES

Please, ensure your address is correct once you're placing your order. Incorrect addresses may cause lost packages. If the package is returned to us due to an error in the shipping address entered by the customer, the customer is responsible to pay the shipping again.   

If it is an error in the shipping address from us. we will be responsible to pay the shipping.

If the package has been delivered to the shipping address that the customer provide at checkout and the package gets lost or stolen after delivery (delivery details can be verify with the order's tracking number), we are not responsible.
